Philip arrived on time, but despite having ample time — with the house completely empty after the move — and having all cleaning products and equipment provided, he failed to complete the tasks listed in the agreed task list. The standard of cleaning was extremely poor and far below what one would expect from a professional service. The property was left in a very poor condition, showing a clear lack of care, attention to detail, and respect for the agreed scope of work.
