Pauline was professional, friendly & polite. She asked me to check everything & was happy to go back to a couple of things she'd forgotten.. She made a real effort to do a great job, asking for extra cleaning products or hoover attachments to achieve the best result. She was very considerate of our home. Thank you.

Cleaning: end of tenancy cleaning

We booked an end of tenancy cleaning for our apartment and unfortunately the cleaning was not up to scratch. We did have an initial miscommunication which we solved within the hour, however despite this, we feel that much more could have been achieved in the remaining 3 hours slot. the cleaning standard were not to a basic level. The floor was not hoovered, kitchen didn’t seem to have been cleaned, and the new tenants contacted us to complain.
