Ngalula has left a brilliant touch on my apartment she mopped my floors and left it like the first day I moved in! She cleaned my whole apartment especially my kitchen and bathroom which she left spotless. She was very professional aswell would definitely call her again and recommend to anyone in need of someone respectable with their work.

Nice lady but perhaps better suited for personal home cleaning than airbnb host cleaning. I felt some finishing touches missing which would have jeopardised my airbnb listing (used towels left in bathroom, laundry wasn't put in machine at beginning of cleaning session so by the end there was no time to do the laundry, single towel laid out in double rooms instead of two, etc) So I would hire to clean my home but for airbnb hosting I cant relax as i live elsewhere and I cant know that everything would be done satisfactorily each time and I cant afford guests calling me after checkin to complain
