Cleaning: deep cleaning, cleaning products

I hate leaving negative reviews but felt unfortunately I needed to. Christina was very nice but there were a few notable issues. My appointment was scheduled for 11 - 1:30 for a deep clean 2.5hours; Christina called me at 10:55am to say she was at an appointment and could we move it to 12. This was inconvenient but just about feasible and figured if I said no that she would cancel ... she ultimately showed up around 12:20/12:25. I only needed my open plan, bathroom, and hallway done - nothing in the bedroom. My priorities (and written on the cleaning sheet) were the bathroom in full, Kitchen Cabinets (just doors inside and out), Kitchen floors (mopped/vacuumed), Cleaning Fridge/Microwave, and then everything else (windows, tables, etc)... To say I was disappointed is accurate. The bathroom whilst the shower and toilet do appear cleaner - there is significant portions that still remain extremely grimey (the shower door wasn't cleaned, or the faucet, or the metal shower head/tray, nor the top of the toilet, or parts of the vanity counter top). She mentioned that there were some significant stains but she did her best... I went in after her and was able to get most of these off. In the kitchen, she didn't follow the order of items - which means those items on my list weren't touched. First she did the desk (which was not on the list, and didn't need cleaned) and then I believe the table - also not on the list. The kitchen cabinets were partially wiped, but stil streaky and with grime that I then had to get off. The microwave and fridge were not touched, nor were the floors (didn't use any mop... I then had to scrub the floors there). Additional point - I believe she was on the phone (heard her speaking for almost the entire time, and not to me) for most of the time... which may have distracted the cleaning effort.
