Even though Christina was lovely, I explain to her her meticulously which tasks I’d like her to complete. Surfaces left stained and undusted. I am genuinely disappointed as I have her a £10 tip cash in hand before inspecting what’s she’s done. On top of that I originally booked for 4 hours, but she only did 3, which is fine, when I messaged her to kindly ask to finish the session she said she finished it on 3 and a half hours, when I gave her the timestamps on when she came and went she then said oh I was meant to say 3 hours. I am not a regular Wecasa customer as I clean my house myself but this week I needed help as been off sick, I explained all this to Christina and still the work I requested was half done. I believe there is an understanding between humans but apparently not, people just take the piss to your face.
