The clean was okay-ish, but I found the cleaner uncomfortable to have in my house. She was kind of rude, coming through the door eyes glued to her phone, wouldn't make eye contact and didn't really listen to the areas I said I'd like cleaned i.e. she didn't hoover the rug area or under it nor under sofa or furniture, didn't take the cushions off, the shower and sink drains weren't properly unblocked. The floor was mopped but still had food dried on. When she did hoover it kept smashing into skirting boards and I heard her knocking some items over.
