Debora did not complete even the basic tasks expected in a 2-hour clean. She only wiped the toilet surface, cleaned the fridge and microwave, and then said the time was over. She did not clean the living room, did not touch the bedroom, did not clean or mop the floors, and barely cleaned the kitchen surfaces. For a 1-bedroom flat, this is far below the standard, and I have used your service before so I know what the usual quality and pace is. This was not acceptable, and the service was not delivered as advertised. She is really slow ( compared to other cleaner on the app), and did not even communicate it properly till the time ended.
