The cleaner was very rude and uncooperative. He refused to clean basic and minimal dirt, claiming that it counted as ‘deep cleaning.’ Instead of working efficiently, he wasted time arguing. He did not listen to clear instructions and kept repeating the same questions over and over again. I told him several times to first pick up the trash, then clean the bathroom, followed by the kitchen, hallway, and living room, but he kept asking the same questions and did not follow instructions properly.Very rude and unprofessional.
