Simone was fantastic! The cleaning they did of my kitchen was exactly as expected, and has provided me with a huge amount of relief as I was struggling with my own health to find the time and energy to do so. Simone was so diligent they even accidentally ended up spending an extra ten minutes as they were finishing up. Did a little giggle of joy when I walked into the kitchen after they left to check, could not be happier :)
