Robin did an excellent job cleaning the bathroom—it’s now spotless, shiny, and looks great. She was also very sweet and friendly, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her and would be happy to have her come back again.

Amandeep is a really good and thorough cleaner. She is the kind of cleaner who notices what needs to be done and just gets on with it, rather than leaving things or thinking something isn’t part of her job. She pays attention to detail and is very thorough every time she comes to clean, which I really appreciate. The only area for improvement is communication. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult, so I would really encourage Amandeep to ask questions and make sure she fully understands instructions. Instead of agreeing when she’s unsure, it would be better for her to feel comfortable asking for clarification—even asking more than once if needed. Overall, I’m very happy with her work and just hope we can improve communication to make things even better.
