Zizens is an absolute star! He did a fantastic job — super efficient, incredibly thorough, and honestly, I can’t think of a single negative thing to say (and trust me, I usually can ). I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this one. As full-time, hardworking parents of a 1-year-old, we barely have time to pick things up — let alone deep clean. Zizens came in and worked magic. This is a home that sees a lot of chaos, and yet he left it spotless. He even cleaned all the dust on the plinths, something no other cleaner has ever done. I’m extremely grateful for his attention to detail, speed, and professionalism. Finally — a clean home! Thank you so much, Zizens — you’re a total legend.

The service carried out was okay. However, Zizens came with a lady, who didn't speak English. She did most of the clean with Zizens coming in and out. She also spoke on the phone while cleaning, which was a bit disruptive to my partner who was working from home. They were overall polite when speaking to us. The clean, which was more akin to a general clean with hoovering, bathroom clean and surface clean, was done fine. The house was left in a good condition. However, given that this is not a big flat and we paid for 4 hours of clean I would have expected the general clean to only take half the time, with the rest focused on windows, oven and final touches. These were done, but only after prompting from my partner. They didn't clean under the couch or above the cupboards due to safety, which is understandable. However, my partner did ask them to do this from the start, and it was not communicated they would not until my partner asked why this was not done - only then the safety issue was mentioned. More clear communication about expectations and what can be done would have been appreciated from the start.
