This was my first experience of a cleaner through this app and Hannah’s first experience being hired through the app. Hannah was lovely and did an ok job with the kitchen. The intention was for it to be a deep clean so part of the work was to get everything out of the kitchen first, as well as clean the inside and outside of the cupboards, tiles, sink, etc…. Mostly this was done, however once Hannah had left I did have to clean the back of two cupboards which were hard to get to, and go over two cupboards that had a difficult sticky piece of hardened sugar. The skirting boards also were not cleaned. On balance I could have been expecting too much, and I am glad she came to help, as it wouldn’t be as clean as it is without Hannah, and I have had cleaners in the past with an attention to finer detail. Being generous, I can also see how it might just have been a confidence thing for both of us, not being able to ask for what we needed.i
