Cleaning: cleaning, products supplied by the cleaner

I used wecasa for the first time for my 1 bedroom flat. Valentine was my pro cleaner and she was very polite and humble and did the task as we asked. However, she was extremely slow and just completed kitchen with oven and half small balcony within 2.5 hrs slot. Though she was kind enough for the extended help at extra cost. Conclusion, she cleaned well but timing was an issue.

I had Valentine as a cleaner for my one room flat, she’s a lovely lady , very polite, I booked her as I am using Wecasa for the first time to clean one flat with a few things like fridge, bed, small sofa and cooker. I’ve told vale, nothing much inside as we didn’t move in yet, we thought me and my husband to give it a good clean before we move in, as I have dust allergy I’ve told Valentine to make sure no dust in any surface and to deep clean kitchen, toilet and everywhere. We booked a 3hrs slot, however I was very much disappointed to see the cleaner after 3hours still in the kitchen cleaning and the house looked miss more than before . Am completely shocked and overwhelmed the cleaner did offer me to stay a bit longer to finish the job . Even the toilet when we left 3hours ago when we back it wasn’t done, nothing was really done . The reason I didn’t accept her offer to stay longer because I was 100%sure nothing will be done too , and also I have other plans to move the things to the new house and me and my husband are cleaning everywhere. The lady was cleaning and mopping with shoes on, unfortunately we have move now and do everything by ourselves. I ask for full refund and compensation for my 3hours wasted time. I have pictures for before and after we leave we can send it upon request. But we not a happy new customer at all.

Valentine was great. She was very thorough, nice and cleaned everything I needed within the timeframe. I have tried a few other cleaners before her but none can be compared to her!
