Unfortunately the quality of my end-of-tenancy cleaning was quite subpar. There was a clear lack of attention to detail as some sections of the flat were left completely untouched, including some cabinets and the laundry room. I would have appreciated more clarity on the need to supply cleaning equipment- the cleaner asked me to supply a broom and did not have a vacuum available, which posed some difficulties since I had already moved out at that point and did not have any of my cleaning equipment with me. I could honestly have opted to clean the flat myself.
