Extremely thorough, considered approach to the cleaning undertaken. Effective and practical with an easygoing manner and lightness of touch.. She does make a quite a difference to the maisonette - it feels vibrant, fresh and the obvious care is well reflected in the finish . Highly satisfied with a smile on my face.

Joanna was excellent! She arrived on time and was very kind and professional. Our home is quite large and had not been professionally cleaned in over a month. She was thorough and detail-oriented and stayed well past the 6 hours that we had initially booked her for. We will not hesitate to use her again.
