Cleaning: classic one-off cleaning, ironing

Submitted request for cleaning of the house and ironing. When they arrived they were surprised to see ironing even though it was on the account for both of us. They advised they can iron but not a pro, I said no problem. Ironing was the priority and then I said a light surface clean for the rest of the home. I have done this amount of ironing many times and usually takes around 2.5 - 3 hours so thought a 5 hour slot is sufficient to complete it all. Arrive back after they were in the house for 6 hours to find 90% of ironing done and none of the house work! Very disappointing. Not sure what they had been doing all this time!

Cleaning: deep cleaning

Eva did a great job in the time she had. Our house (3 bed) was VERY dirty and I booked 4.5 hours. deep clean. Eva was punctual did a thorough job and good communication throughout. A few bits (specifically requested) were missed due to lack of time but everything she did do was fantastic.. I’ll be sure to book again’

We had our first clean with Eva yesterday and she did a fantastic job. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned to a high standard and paid good attention to detail which is rare. Eva is very punctual and we are looking forward to our regular cleans with her.
