Albert arrived on time with a smile and lots of energy! He was extremely polite, friendly and hardworking throughout. He didn’t stop for a moment, even when I repeatedly offered him a break. Albert was on time, friendly and professional. He was thorough and really focused on the rooms that were my priority. He actually went above and beyond by moving a heap of things I had piled in the middle of the room so he could clean the entire floor even though I said I was happy for him to go around it. He also noticed a few things that I didn't initially spot that needed some attention.
