Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

For starters an apology for starting an 1hr 30mi a late would have been good. Fair enough he sent a message 20mins prior to start time he had car issues was going to take an hr to sort it out. Arrives knocks the door no apologies whatsoever. Finishes and t40mins before scheduled time and tells me he is done then lives. Didn’t even wait for me to check and give feedback, came downstairs and noticed he has left?!!!! Needs to work on customer service attitude!!

Albert arrived on time with a smile and lots of energy! He was extremely polite, friendly and hardworking throughout. He didn’t stop for a moment, even when I repeatedly offered him a break. The job was completed to an exceptionally high standard, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would highly recommend Albert!

Very happy with the service. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, and completed everything I asked for. The house was left clean and tidy, with great attention to the kitchen and bathrooms. I would happily recommend him
