Arrived 15min/30min late and told me he got on the bus when he was meant to be there. Very polite. Cleaning could have been better (corners were not cleaned properly, did not use the provided roller for pet hair). He used the hand towels for cleaning the floor?? (they were noticeably different, microfiber for the floor and handtowels made out of cotton with the usual patterns). Asked if he could come back, said yes, and canceled the future appointments with the motive "too far". Would recommend in case of emergency but otherwise perhaps not.
