Lovely lady but not particularly thorough: backsplash and skirting boards not cleaned, small items of furniture e.g. laundry hamper not moved to clean behind. She phoned to say she had finished early so I would have expected everything to be done! This is my first time using a Wecasa cleaner so perhaps I should have specified these things (although it seems unlikely!)
