Not only was the cleaning thorough and professional, but she was also incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. The place was spotless, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Cleaner was friendly and arrived on time for the session. I gave instructions to her based on priority of clean (rooms and what we wanted - good clean rather than making beds to look pretty etc). I would say the clean was just ok. We have a regular cleaner for the same amount of time and the difference was stark. On later inspection of this clean, there were many areas missed - eg crumbs on floor, surfaces still dusty and hallway not mopped at all. Definitely lacking attention to detail. If you’re after a quick wipe around then perhaps this might work but there was plenty of time for a good clean in this session and we don’t feel we achieved that.
