Rufus was 20 mins late. He cleaned 3 bathrooms in 3 hours, without cleaning the floors. When I confronted him he said I didn’t supply him with mop… I find the whole thing utterly ridiculous and it’s the worst cleaner I’ve ever met! £65 for utter disappointment. I ended up doing the work myself before guests arrive.
