I'm not satisfied! I specifically paid for a deep clean and an additional fee to ensure the cleaner brought their own cleaning products, to avoid any inconvenience or mismatch with supplies. Unfortunately, the service provided did not meet the standards of a deep clean. Several areas were left uncleaned or only superficially cleaned, which was disappointing given the extra cost and expectations associated with this service.

Paid for a DEEP CLEANING received barely a cleaning. Worst service ever. And everything Wecasa did was giving me a £15 voucher, after spending £86. It is appalling. A serious company would have sent another cleaner.
