Patricia is an excellent cleaner however is constantly late and changing the time of our regular booking (10am). At the most recent session she changed the time to 1pm, then 2pm, and left after less than 40 minutes (despite a 3 hour booking). She messaged me to say she didn’t have the correct cleaning products and didn’t bother to ask my partner, who was in the property at the time, where she could source what was missing (i.e in a different cupboard). Really disappointing and lazy service so unfortunately wouldn’t recommend
