This is my third or fourth time having Patricia clean my flat. She is meticulous and always leaves me absolutely floored by the quality (and speed!) of her work. Plus, she’s lovely to chat to!

Patricia kept in touch with me about her arrival time (TfL strikes today) and did a very thorough job cleaning my flat. My home looks lovely and Patricia was friendly and professional. I am very grateful.

Patricia is an excellent cleaner however is constantly late and changing the time of our regular booking (10am). At the most recent session she changed the time to 1pm, then 2pm, and left after less than 40 minutes (despite a 3 hour booking). She messaged me to say she didn’t have the correct cleaning products and didn’t bother to ask my partner, who was in the property at the time, where she could source what was missing (i.e in a different cupboard). Really disappointing and lazy service so unfortunately wouldn’t recommend

Quite disappointed with the service. First session, cleaner arrived 15 min late and didn't bother to say anything. Then 30 min early she said..'Im done' and left. On the next session I kindly asked her to stay 30 extra minutes so make up for last time and gave her couple of feedbacks about cleaning that day. She did what I asked but then she has cancelled all the future sessions. Cleaning was not up to my standards. I do not consider only WIPING everything as professional cleaning, I can do that myself.
