Absolutely delighted with Nuliyati’s work. She’s meticulous, and my place is always left spotless, fresh, and perfectly organised. On top of that, she’s kind, trustworthy, and a real pleasure to have around.

Nuliyati asked to push back our start time by 90 minutes but then showed up 30 minutes early. She made to leave 20 minutes before the time was up and I had to ask her to come back and continue cleaning. She cleaned all the areas requested but not to a thorough standard. Glass was very smeared. The shower was not rinsed. She unscrewed my sink plugs and left them loose.
