Showed up 1.5 hours late, kept me updated but still not great. Had to tell to re-clan certain spots as blatantly not cleaned

The cleaner was very kind, polite and punctual, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, as some areas didn’t feel as thoroughly cleaned as I expected. Overall she was very pleasant, but the result did not fully meet my expectations.
