Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

I was disappointed with the cleaning service provided today. The cleaner arrived around 10 minutes late. I walked her through the home, explaining the areas that needed attention and how to use the equipment. I mentioned that the vacuum would need emptying when full to avoid damage. She said she was not allowed to do this, so we agreed she would let me know when it needed emptying. However, by the time she left, the vacuum was significantly overfilled. In terms of the cleaning itself, the shower glass was not cleaned, with dust remaining under some items and on the carpet. The shower glass was also not cleaned. I also found the interaction challenging at times, particularly when I raised the late arrival, as the response felt quite confrontational. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations.
