The cleaner that attended the propery was not the person on the profile. The cleaner seemed unhappy to be asked to clean certain parts of the flat she said that she had cleaned the kitchen cupboards but when I went over the cupboard I saw dust so therefore were not cleaned. We hqd booked her for 3 hours but asked to leave earlier than the ti,e paid for.

She worked thoroughly and carefully, making sure every detail was spotless. I was especially impressed with how she used her own initiative, which meant I could completely trust her to get on with the work without needing direction. She was respectful, polite and professional throughout, and left everything looking fresh and organised. I would definitely recommend her for floors, walls and kitchens most especially. She always did an excellent job with mirrors. If you have a mirror you want glistening she will ensure it’s smudge free. Spotless.
