Cleaning: classic one-off cleaning

Leon arrived late and left earlier than the time booked. The quality of his cleaning was very poor, he didn’t follow the instructions given so he did as he pleased ( which is absolutely nothing) My bins are still full and my bed was not made and toilets are still unclean. so I am going to look for another person to help me do this. If there’s anything below one on the rating, I would have given him.
