Really unimpressed with the service provided and the amount of money spent. I paid for a deep clean and the flat looks no different than when I clean it myself.

Really disappointed with the service, not sufficient products to clean and had 2 hours to clean a very small and relatively clean apartment - didn’t need to hoover just mop, wipe the sides and clean the bathroom and after 1.5 hours I came back and the bathroom was still dirty all that had been done was a mop of the floor. I asked if she could kindly go over the bathroom which was when she said ‘sorry this is not a deep clean’’ 0nly needing a basic wipe and buff of the shower tap etc which I believe is very basic. Totally unsatisfactory and being heavily pregnant have had to clean myself.. also expected to leave 15 minutes early. Total waste of time and money.
