Arrived 15 mins late. Out of 2 rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and living room, the cleaner was only able to clean kitchen, bathroom and a small room in 3 hours. The house had been cleaned on a weekly basis, therefore, it was not dirty, it just needed a thorough cleaning, not deep. Even the rooms cleaned had a poor standard of cleaning. For the time paid, 3 hours, the cleaning standards were poor. Moreover, 3 spaces (living room, hallway and big room) were completely untouched. The cleaning products provided were hardly touched (out of 15 clothes provides, only 2 were used), that gives an idea of the lack of training/interest, in the service provided. I will be filing a formal complaint to claim a full refund of the expenses. To summarise, I will have to clean the house fully myself.
