Dear support team I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor quality of the cleaning service provided by your professional, who was assigned to clean my one-bedroom flat (approximately 50 sqm). The service, which was scheduled for [date], has left me deeply dissatisfied for the following reasons: The area behind the sofa was left dusty. The bedroom was in a filthy condition, with dust visibly accumulated on the lamps. The bathroom marble was stained, possibly due to an inappropriate cleaning product being used. The overall result after three hours of cleaning was appalling and far below acceptable standards. I was left with no choice but to arrange another cleaning service the following day to properly address the mess, doubling my costs and causing significant inconvenience. This experience has been utterly disappointing, and I am shocked at the lack of professionalism demonstrated. I expect an immediate response and a resolution, such as a refund for the service and compensation for the additional expense incurred.
