Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

He was instructed what to do. The only areas he needed to clean were two bathrooms, one kitchen/living room area, and two corridors, one upstairs and one downstairs. The house is not big, so I don’t understand why in 3 hours time such an incomplete job was performed. The floor still had dirt stuck in it even after he “mopped”. Everything that he cleaned looked sloppy and very over the surface cleaning. The kitchen/bathroom sinks that he “cleaned” were still dirty, specifically the bottom side of the faucets, seems like he only cleaned the top. He was asked to also scrub the tile wall on the side there the bath is (small bath, small wall) as it has water marks. His response was “you don’t have Viakal”. We have Cillit bang limescale remover and also bleach. He didn’t clean the microwave. We have kitchen spray, bathroom spray, limescale remover spray, dettol surface cleanser, dettol floor cleaner liquid and glass spray. For the amount of hours that he cleaned for, which is 3 hours, I really wonder how he could do such a sloppy and surface level job that would take 1 hour 30’ tops. I booked 3 hours to allow plenty of time for things to be cleaned properly “just in case”. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service. I paid £20/hr for a “pro” that did a quality of cleaning that I could’ve achieved with my eyes closed. Also, the guy from the picture is not the one who showed up, it was some other guy.
