Aurora did a great job, putting in some extra time also. She is a good communicator and is able to hear instruction and give feedback - an important skill. This was my fourth attempt with We Casa and I have that a lack of communication skills has been the main problem with finding a regular cleaner. Also the cleaners can choose to come and go and this makes it really tricky when you're trying to find regular assistance. The site seems to be set up to benefit the cleaner and not the client - a balance that I feel needs to be addressed.
