TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Be careful! The person who showed up was not the person in the profile! She was not a professional cleaner and did a remarkably poor job (some things looked dirtier post-clean!); communicating with her was impossible because she did not speak a word of English. She left early and didn’t do any ironing. I reported to WeCasa but they do very little - I got a refund (which is the very least they could do) but the issue with the profile has not been addressed.

I paid for a 3- hour clean and the cleaner did 2 hours 38 mins. Which would have been okay had the clean been thorough. The odd thing is I paid for a regular clean and the woman who came first under this profile was different to the woman who came the second time. The first cleaner was great, the second very poor. So there is an issue with the profile.
