She was lovely, but the deep clean itself wasn't done. The bathroom floor and entryway were never swept or hoovered, the baseboards weren't touched, and cleaning powder spilled in the entryway was left on the floor. She couldn't work out how to use my mop and, instead of messaging me, wiped the floors by hand with a product so concentrated it left them sticky, so I re-mopped the whole flat myself. She did spend a long time on the oven, which I hadn't asked for. I spent two hours afterwards doing the sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping down I'd paid for. I'd like to think she was just having an off day, but with only 4 reviews across 21 sessions there isn't much here to go on either way. She's genuinely nice, which I think makes people reluctant to say anything, and I nearly didn't either. But I'd have wanted to know before I booked.
