I'm quite disappointed with the service I received. I paid for 3 hours, but after only 2 hours, he was already getting ready to leave instead of asking if there was more work to be done. There were several areas that were clearly overlooked. For instance, the windowsill had dead flies on top, which indicates it wasn't cleaned properly. While the kitchen was tidied up, the oven was not cleaned at all neither the extractor. After he left, half an hour early, I noticed that one of the rooms hadn't been vacuumed or mopped, leaving plenty of dust and hair on the tables and shelves. The pillows and blankets were just thrown on the sofa, making it look messy. I don't believe I have really high standards but I expected a more thorough job, especially given the time I paid for, and I'm disappointed that basic areas were missed. I wish he takes this review in consideration so he does a better job next time.
