Cleaning: deep cleaning, cleaning products

Sadly the cleaning with Yemstach was not to the standard we would have expected for a 'deep clean' , which we paid £60 for. It was a light clean and I had to go in and scrub the bathroom myself after when the cleaner left. It was not worth the money we paid which was very disappointing but we will not be re-booking this service. A deep clean should be scrubbing and getting into all the corners, but none of this was done. We paid extra for the cleaner to bring their own cleaning materials but they only had cloths with them, no sponges or scrubs which is not what you would expect from a professional cleaner.
