Very slow and seemed to be inexperienced with products. I have a brand new kitchen (fitted yesterday) and just needed a wipe down. Booked for 3 hours and took 2 hours to do the kitchen. Oven & fridge. I asked not to use lots of water as kitchen was still settling. Now there is water behind my splash back which is frustrating. Bathroom cleaned to satisfactory standards. Missed corners and shelves. Did balcony and missed two bedrooms. Did floors. Overall unsatisfied with the service and expected more efficiency. Took time to video the kitchen & oven without asking my permission which was uncomfortable.
