Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning, Cleaning products, Ironing

Very disappointing experience. The cleaner arrived late (this was already a rescheduled appointment due to lateness the previous week), rushed the service, and attempted to leave around 20 minutes early before being asked to continue. The quality of the cleaning was poor — basic tasks like properly cleaning mirrors were not completed. When I pointed this out, she refused, saying it would require a “deep clean.” While re-cleaning the mirror, she used inappropriate cleaning methods and caused visible scratches to two of my mirrors. The damage occurred during the service and was immediately noticeable. When I raised this, she denied responsibility. Overall: • Late • Rushed and substandard clean • Attempted to leave early • Caused damage to property • Refused accountability I would not recommend.
