Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Firstly she arrived 30 minutes late we had to rearrange our outing to accommodate her. She initially said just 10 minutes but arrived 30 minutes late. She spent 2 hours cleaning two rooms and an ensuite shower. She is very very slow. I asked her if she will have enough time to finish she said that she can only stay till 4pm I asked if that will cost me extra. She said yes. I said I didn't want to pay extra. She said ok. I am heavily pregnant and i had to tell her to just leave the kitchen, and hoover and go as that is the hardest task for me. When i realised she was still hoovering I sent my husband to tell her to go she said she wanted to do one last thing. Now she is saying I am trying to steal 30 minutes from her! I have added the extra time as a tip so nothing can be said but I am severely disappointed to say the least. I do not recommend this cleaner.
