I have been using Wecasa cleaners for a year now and have always been very happy with both the cleaners and the quality of cleaning. However, my recent experience with Amparo was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and far below the standard I have come to expect from Wecasa. Firstly, Amparo changed the time of the appointment half an hour earlier just one hour before the scheduled start, stating that she wanted to be finished by 6pm. When she arrived, I explained the tasks clearly, and she confirmed she was fine with them. She was not happy with the steam mop we had at home, so my husband went out to purchase a bucket and mop brush as per her request. Throughout the three-hour booking, she wore headphones and remained on a call, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. Ten minutes before the session was due to end, she told me she would not have time to mop the entrance hallway and that I should book an additional half-hour if I wanted her to complete it. I reminded her that this was part of the agreed tasks. She began the job but left it unfinished. The overall quality of her cleaning was unacceptable. The kitchen floor remained dirty, she left used cleaning tools in the bathroom, the bins were left full by the back door, and the mop bucket was left with dirty water inside. I then had to spend an additional hour re-doing the tasks myself, which entirely defeated the purpose of booking the service. I am extremely upset and frustrated by this experience. Not only was the quality of cleaning poor, but her conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful of both my time and home.
