Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning, Cleaning products

So disappointed with this clean, he spent 4 and a half hours doing 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom before he even came downstairs. I went looking for him twice during this time and couldn't find him.. Then he said he was finished for the day, didn't have time to do the kitchen or the dining room and forgot to mop or hoover the hallways and stairs. We booked him for 6 hours to do a 5 bed house so it's just really disappointing. Will not book again.
