I am editing my review so others don’t get caught out the same way I did: Fadylath did a good job cleaning my property, and communication was easy initially. I’d been struggling to find a reliable cleaner for a while, and with my mobility issues and a busy schedule, I was pleased after the first clean. Unfortunately, my experience after that has been disappointing. Before the first clean, Fadylath told me during the first clean that she was happy to accommodate the days I needed. However, the next two bookings were both cancelled at the last minute. The first time, she told me she could not do those days. When I queried this, as we had already agreed them, she said she had forgotten it was me. We then rearranged for a later date, which she accepted. On that occasion, the payment went through as planned, but the day before the booking (after payment had already been made) she cancelled again. We then discussed an alternative day, only for her to change her mind shortly afterwards because she had forgotten she already had a private cleaning booked. The cleaning itself was good, but reliability is just as important to me. I plan my schedule around these appointments, so two last-minute cancellations have been very inconvenient. I hope this feedback is helpful for anyone looking for a cleaner who needs consistent availability.
