She practically did not dust nor clean the surface area of the living room. The cloakroom was not done, and the beds and sheets were not properly made. Handle doors and light switches were not clean. She lacks time management and professional skills.

Victoria did not do a good job, all the glass and mirrors are cloudy which means she did not use the right materials and there is so much dust around still the flat. I’m having to do the cleaning all over again
