Chunfeng or Alice as she likes to be called was very pleasant. She messages before her arrival to check in and check requirements Arrived just before her start time. She was thorough and again checked with me whether there was anything else I would like doing. It was my first booking and I was happy with the outcome. I would welcome Alice back again
