Suzana did a fantastic job. She was polite, efficient and helpful, followed all my instructions as I had specific requirements for which areas I wanted doing and my priorities, and also showed initiative asking useful questions. This is my first experience of Wecasa and it was a very positive one.

Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Mihretab did an excellent job — I’m genuinely so impressed. He was thorough, methodical and clearly takes real pride in his work. The en suite has never looked so clean (he even removed marks that previous cleaners had left behind), and the whole house smells fresh and properly cleaned. What really stood out was his attention to detail — he moved heavy furniture to clean underneath and checked what I wanted done with anything he found, which I really appreciated. He was also very polite and easy to have in the house. I’d definitely recommend him and would be very happy to book him again.
