Selam was absolutely excellent. She was professional, incredibly thorough and clearly takes real pride in her work. She has very high standards and paid attention to all the little details rather than just doing a quick surface clean. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen. My oven is quite complicated, but Selam took the time to work out how everything came apart and went back together properly so that she could give it a really thorough deep clean. She also deep-cleaned the microwave, and both the oven and microwave are now absolutely sparkling — they genuinely look fantastic. The whole house looks and feels beautifully clean, and the difference is immediately noticeable. On top of the quality of her work, Selam is such a lovely, pleasant person to have in your home. I’m genuinely impressed with both her work ethic and her standards and would have no hesitation recommending her. Absolutely brilliant job — thank you, Selam!
