Cleaning: Deep cleaning

Extremely dissatisfied. Grace came with good reviews but I am left confused by them. I booked a deep clean end of tenancy clean for 3 hours for a 1 bedroom flat (empty). Grace had no energy, very slap dash. She wiped the surfaces but did not clean. I asked her to focus on the kitchen and bathroom and she just wiped the top layer of the surfaces and dusted. I checked the bathroom and it was not done. She completely missed the shower drain, the taps, the heated radiator. I asked her to redo these areas. I then inspected the fridge and found the fridge surface was still dirty, the fridge door not done. I told her I was not impressed as this is not a professional clean. After she redid the kitchen and some of the bathroom. When she left, I inspected and found: surfaces smeared, dirty, the fridge is still dirty, oven has food crusted on the wracks and crumbs in the grooves, kitchen sink drain is full, she didnt go into the bottom kitchen cupboards to wipe down, I actually don't know what I paid for.
