I was really disappointed with the cleaning service I received. I booked a 3-hour clean for my small two-bedroom house and expected a professional standard, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The bathtub still had visible dirt around the rim, the windows weren’t cleaned properly, the kitchen worktop still had crumbs behind the toaster, and the downstairs toilet bowl and the back of the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. I also paid extra for the cleaner to provide her own cleaning products, yet she asked to use my cleaning products to clean the bathtub. The cleaner herself was lovely and polite, but sadly the quality of the cleaning did not match the service I paid for. I ended up having to go back and clean several areas myself, which defeats the purpose of booking a professional cleaner. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t book this cleaner again.
