Sirius was polite and punctual. I had hoped she would use her initiative a bit more for e.g. the staircase wasn’t cleaned because she said I hadn’t told her to clean it. Also the hallway she had cleaned I had to clean again after she left as there was still an amount of dust left.

She literally didn't do much. Just came and did the bathroom and it wasn't even done properly. She half started each room and just left it. I am so not satisfied with this service .I feel like I wasted my money.
