The person who came polite, by her own admission, was not a cleaner but a carer. This was obvious in the quality of the work. The floors could not be cleaned as we were moving the next day but, in the bathroom, the radiator & the shower were not cleaned. The windows were cleaned with furniture polish despite me providing all the relevant materials for each individual job. I paid £166.00 for someone to clean the kitchen cupboards basically. I feel completely ripped off.
