Getaneh is a good person, polite and dedicated. But his lack of command of the English language made things a bit hard. I think he doesn't have a scooby doo of that deep cleaning is. I think the fault ultimately falls on wecasa, for not training these people correctly. It's not my first bad experience with wecasa sending people that don't know the difference between tidying up and deep cleaning. Getaneh is lovely tho, it just wasn't the level we expected.
